KIDS COOKINGS: Spring roll class

Chinese Spring roll is also know as Shanghai spring roll. It is a popular appetizer in Chinese restaurants and kids just love it. 

This is a great way to introduce more vegetables on your kids' dinner plate. After lightly fried, the springs rolls become crunchy and light with full impact of favor. Kids probably don't even remember that they are actually eating fresh variety vegetables. 

Main ingredients includes: Spring roll wheat wrap, cabbages, carrots, Shiitake mushroom, green scallions, sauce soy sauce, salt, pepper, and etc. Nut free event!

Event will be hosted in my home kitchen in Westborough.  Kids may take food home if there's any leftovers.
