What's new?

I have more cooking classes are scheduled for adults and kids. They are Shanghai style spring roll and dumpling making classes. Please click here to find out.

ChickenSpringRolls4.JPG

I had my first Kids cooking class – dumpling making. It went very well. Kids briefly learned about dumplings and cultures and different shapes and types of the dumpling around the word. Most of all each of them took time to roll out their own dumpling wraps and wrapped their dumplings. Then each of them cooked their own dumpling and tasted them. Every single kid was super engaged with every step of the process and had so much fun. I could tell every one of the kid was very proud of themselves while they were tasting their pride (dumplings) which was priceless.
There's still couple spots available on this Wednesday and Thursday stir-fried and Noodle class. Please email me to register.
